Every month, any account amount exceeding £1 must be paid in full. If you don't pay despite receiving reminders and warnings, eBay will suspend your account and send bailiffs to your home.
If you don't sell the item, you won't be charged a Final Value Fee, and you can re-list it for free (as long as it sells the second time; otherwise, you'll be charged the second reissue fee).
Once the transaction is completed and you have received payment on eBay, the buyer will write feedback that will affect your feedback score, therefore it is up to you to ensure that it is all positive. Buyers will rate you 1-5 stars based on the item description, communication, delivery speed, and shipping charges fairness.
